Vision Statement:
Sac City’s future includes a variety of attractive businesses offering good quality merchandise and excellent customer service. Commercial activity throughout the business district will convey a positive image about the entire community. Sac City will be known for its well-maintained, safe environment. People will want to do business in Sac City. The strong community leadership and partnerships among retailers, government, professional services,
education,large and small employers, and other community groups will be evident as residents work together toward common goals. Today’s assets: a core of essential businesses, strong professional services, locally-owned establishments and knowledgeable employees, provide the foundation for building Sac City’s future. Because local residents take pride in the past, significant historical buildings will be preserved and will play an active role in accommodating new businesses and second story residences. The Main Street area will remain the focal point of the community and a destination for local consumers. Employees of other industries in Sac City will be able to obtain necessary goods and services conveniently which will help to create jobs in the community. The youth of the future will remember the community because it felt like home: clean, attractive, safe, caring, friendly and fun. It’s a place that makes them proud to call Sac City home. |

In order to make Sac City a better city in which to live and transact business, the organization will
pursue the following goals through the volunteers committees of organization, design, business improvement, and promotion.
